Update: 31 March 2021

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions on travelling and gatherings, the Executive Committee and the local organisers have decided that the 54th Annual Meeting of SLE cannot take place as planned. This year’s annual meeting was to be held from 31 August to 3 September 2021 at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. We hope this difficult decision will meet with your understanding.

Even though unfortunately we will not be able to see you in person in Athens, we have an online alternative from 30 August to 3 September 2021: Synchronous (live) presentations (workshop papers and 10 minute versions of general session papers) will be held online during the conference using Zoom. The SLE 2021 Platform will allow to share abstracts, full versions of papers, and additional material on OSF. Certificates will be issued to all participants.

We would like to thank you all for your help and support in recent months – the local Organising Committee chaired by Nikolaos Lavidas, the Scientific Committee, the Programme Committee, workshop organisers, plenary speakers, and all members who submitted their work for presentation and discussion at SLE 2021.
